Position: Sales Representative (communicate in Chinese)

Work Area:  Pattaya, Banglamung.

Salary :  15000 - 25000 (commission++)

Job Description:

• Offering real estate sales to customers until closing the sale

• Create customer satisfaction

• Initial customer analysis about credit

• taking customers to visit the project

(Currently, there are 9 projects all over Pattaya. There are 7 completed condo projects, 1 condo under construction and 1 more project will be built in the

future)

• Coordinate with related parties

• Other tasks as assigned

Specification:

-Female - Male, age 23 years up

-Bachelor & degree or above in any field

-Have at least 1 year experience in selling high-rise real estate

-Very good command of English both written and spoken.

-Good personality, good interpersonal skills and responsible

-Good communication skills

-Have a passion for sales and customer service with honesty and integrity

-Have a driving license only

-Able to work 6 days/week (not on Saturday-Sunday)

-Able to work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
